Got a question?

An AI ticket is a support request, bug report, or task created by an AI (Artificial Intelligence). Instead of manually typing, you simply instruct the AI what you need and provide any context, and it generates the ticket accordingly.
Most AI tools require you to manually explain issues and attach screenshots — a slow, tedious process that doesn't scale. Flik is unique because it handles visual context directly, letting you "show" your issue to the AI. Think of it like ChatGPT for tickets, without the chatting.

Note: Flik is designed to integrate with your ticketing systems, not replace them.
Your data is secure. Flik runs locally on your machine, so no user data is ever sent to our servers. Your API keys are securely synced to your Apple Keychain.
No and No. Think of Flik as an extension of your operating system, and you have full control over what information is captured and shared.
Flik is a paid service, expected to be priced at ~$7-10/user/month. A limited free version is planned for the future.

Note: Your AI usage is billed separately by your API provider.
Flik is designed for high functioning product and support teams. If you're tired of manually typing out every detail, capturing screenshots, and trying to describe visual issues in words, Flik is for you.

It's primarily for customer facing roles, support teams, developers, product managers and designers, and QA specialists.

Flik works with any app on your computer screen, so it's perfect when you need to create tickets about issues in platforms that don't connect to your ticketing system or support inbox.
In future, Flik will have the ability to gather additional details and help with further analysis. Flik is built on top of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to be able to interact with other apps and services. If you have specific tools or workflows in mind, please share details via. the form.
Setup is fast and simple. Just connect your API keys and you'll be up and running in minutes.
Currently, Flik is available for macOS devices (14+). To help prioritize future development, please submit your interest for other platforms.
Please share more details via the form or get in touch. Would love to learn more about your use case.
Sure. While the AI features unlock Flik's full power, you can still use it as a simple drawing and annotation tool for other use cases.

Shape what comes next

Starting with core interactions and integrations with Linear and Jira (more planned), but this is just the beginning.

The big picture

We've built AI that can "see," but no easy way to show it where to look. It can process images instantly, but the bottleneck is our interfaces — we're still stuck typing out instructions in chat boxes and wrestling with clunky screenshots to guide it.

Today, we can instantly type or speak in any app, but visual communication on computers remains archaic. We're using the same cumbersome screenshot and markup workflows from decades ago. Think about it: in the real world, pointing is our most natural form of communication. Yet on computers, we default to lengthy explanations when a simple "this thing here" would suffice.

Circle to Search showed how simple freehand input can redefine mobile search i.e., just circle what you're curious about. Imagine if we could bring a similar experience to our desktops where we do most of our productive work and collaboration.

Flik brings that intuitive visual interaction to desktop computing. There's more work ahead to make visual communication as natural as speech or freehand, but if done well, it can change everything — how we interact with AI, our apps, and each other. Flik is not just about capturing better bug reports or even visual expression, but about building towards more seamless, contextual interactions that go beyond text based interfaces.
